I like how easy it is to create an account, set up recurring payments (ie monthly), etc. Also very helpful that they provide support via email if needed. Their dashboard was not intuitive at all so we had some trouble figuring out what features were available or how to use them once in place. We are solving our need of having a custom mobile app developed for a busy restaurant where customers can order food using their phone. This saves time by allowing us to be able to serve more people without waiting on orders through the web site.
