Great customer support and excellent platform for restaurant solutions

I like that it is easy to use once you get used to how everything works-it's not too complicated but also has enough options so that you can customize what you need without having to spend time learning something new! They are very responsive when contacting them about issues or questions which makes me feel comfortable using their service. There really isn't anything bad at this point in my opinion because they have been great up until now! So far nothing negative. We're solving our mobile…

Easy and quick setup - great customer service

I like how easy it is to create an account, set up recurring payments (ie monthly), etc. Also very helpful that they provide support via email if needed. Their dashboard was not intuitive at all so we had some trouble figuring out what features were available or how to use them once in place. We are solving our need of having a custom mobile app developed for a busy restaurant where customers can order food using their phone. This saves time by allowing us to be able to serve more people…
