Great when projector has no issues - poor customer service
As the name suggests this is a great little kit that has everything you need to set up projection. However, if your projector is having trouble, don't expect Vankyo support to help. First, their response time is very slow, which can be frustrating when you need to try any of the troubleshooting steps. Second, my experience with reps broke my machine - the initial problem was focus getting stuck. The reply from them was "The focus ring is stuck, try to adjust it with some force" and after their solution the focus ring stages broke.
