When I connected the lightning cable to the iPad Pro, the iPad did not charge properly. I called Amazon support and they told me you can replace it with another one and I agreed. Then they sent me another one and it also had the same problem. In addition, the battery of this iPad only lasted about five hours after a full charge. It was less than I expected. So I returned it and bought a new iPad 2018. I am completely dissatisfied with this process and it was an uncomfortable experience for my young son and I.
