This item is hard to find in stores, but through ebay it was perfect.
After installing my windows AC units, there is always a gap between the bottom of the unit and the window sill. I cut a piece of this foam to the length that is needed, I do not remove the adhesive backing, I just slide the piece into the gap and it fits perfectly!
