I do not know what to say. I was seduced by good reviews, I wanted to buy a good water filter, despite the price. Bought myself a bunch of problems. When I opened the package, I already felt something was wrong, unfortunately I can’t show a photo for clarity :( I installed the filter according to the instructions, everything seemed to be fine, everything suited me, BUT after about 2 months of using the filter I felt a taste in the water. Called a specialist from co. "New Water" was explained by the fact that the filter was not mounted correctly, it turns out that it must be "soaked in water before use", which apparently they forgot to mention in the instructions. I had to buy ALL filters again (the cost was 2/3 of the cost of the filter)! The problem was solved, the aftertaste disappeared. And everything would be fine, but after 2-3 months the taste returned again exactly from the water from under the filter, everything was in order from the tap with water. I called these craftsmen again, asked them to pick up and return the money, to which I received an approximate answer "not a warranty case, you have already used the filter", they offered to exchange it for a more successful model with an advance payment. Just bypass New Water company filters.
