This is the second one we bought. I am happy with this item so far. I love that you can turn down the intensity if you're a little sensitive. The heating option is also good. It takes a bit of work to get it in the right position if you don't weigh it down with your hands, but it works well. I also use it for the calves and thighs. It's a bit bulky for travel, but there's an option as it also has a cigarette lighter cable. I will take this with me on my next long flight as I think it will be really useful.
