This headband fits well and securely. During an intense workout, my phone stays dry, which isn't always the case with an iPhone strap. I have thicker arms (for a woman) and had no issues with the fit. However, the screen protector is a flexible plastic and doesn't always stretch perfectly across the screen, meaning I have to apply a bit of pressure on it to press the buttons clearly. If you're not the type to frequently change the song or app you use during your workout, this is a great bandage. This is by far the best case I have used for an iPhone 5. I use the standard bacon casing and have yet to remove the casing to adjust it. I really don't mind doing it. Haven't tried using it in a case for fear of stretching the neoprene.
