User friendly interface along w/ excellent customer service
The UI's are so easy for any new user - they have everything at their finger tips in no time! There can be times when it doesn't work but I understand why this may occur because some things require more experience with automation tools such us dialer applications or other platforms like Salesforce etc.. We use our tool daily through multiple channels including emailing leads via LinkedIn groups / forums & even using Google Hangouts chats to get answers directly off customers' questions which we then escalate into sales support once resolved.
Pros
- Easy to follow steps; very simple interface.
- Works well across all devices (PC, MacOS) if there is internet connectivity available,
- Mobile app works great too!! It syncs seamlessly between my desktop PC/Macos laptop aswell an iPhoneX phone while away from home working remotely during downtime hours before being connected back online again..I hope that makes sense? : ) This application has been used many years ago where i first started
