Fallen apart on the swing

The lower platform or the swing itself is attached with four screws that fell out in the first two weeks of use. The platform is held in place by a knot underneath the platform. While still usable, the user can become trapped between the top and bottom of the platform. I don't know whether to glue it or glue it or both as the screws keep falling out after replacing them. I might have to drop it. Only children used.
