I love this stapler for what it is. That is amazing. But some people who write negative reviews need to learn how to read and figure out what they are talking about before posting a negative review. This is a "TOOLS ONLY" product. Milwaukee does this so you don't have to buy a large set every time you build your tool collection. You buy a set for the first time, it includes tools, battery and charger. Then simply buy "tool only" or "bare tool" products. So you don't have 6 or 7 chargers. And you only have the number of batteries you need or use. Very very smart from Milwaukee, another reason I love Milwaukee! This is my 10th Milwaukee this year, M12 and M18. I cannot complain about any tool or product I have purchased that bears the Milwaukee logo.
