I like that it's easy enough for an admin or supervisor type user (myself) while still being able to use this effectively as one who executes daily operations/tasks myself. It would be nice if there was more flexibility between different types when creating new items rather than having them all set up at once before you can create anything else - but otherwise really good product! We're using PicoMTO help us track our time spent doing various things so we know how much each person should get paid per hour etc., which has been very helpful thus far.
