I was looking for a USB hub that can hold more items. I was specifically looking for one that would be wall powered so my items wouldn't be pulled out of the computer. It helped my points 100%. I have connected computers and chargers for my iPhone and my PayPal readers. I am very impressed because before this hub I had to connect my printers, embroidery machines etc directly to my computer. Now I can connect to the hub and clean the back of my CPU. Notes: 1. There are two buttons on the end that turn on the light on half (each button controls half of the strip) of the hub. Find out that it actually controls the power supply on that side of the hub. The lights are very bright and brighten up the room at night.2. At the end of the hub is a USB port that allows you to add an additional hub. This can be useful or used as port 13.3. The power cord isn't very long, but it's adjustable.
