Decent price, dated

I never run out of USB ports; nobody does. Worse, there are two types, not counting the many ports. This is the first type, suitable for printer, mouse, keyboard, but not so hot modern. Instantly turns a Type 3 device into a Type 2 device and messes up Lightning and C connectors. Being old and poor, I usually have a lot of old junk. So it works with my two cheap printers and my old BD recorder and USB sticks and such. At least I can save a few USB3 ports on my 2015 desktop for essentials like…

Great USB 2.0 hub, but bright light!

I was looking for a USB hub that can hold more items. I was specifically looking for one that would be wall powered so my items wouldn't be pulled out of the computer. It helped my points 100%. I have connected computers and chargers for my iPhone and my PayPal readers. I am very impressed because before this hub I had to connect my printers, embroidery machines etc directly to my computer. Now I can connect to the hub and clean the back of my CPU. Notes: 1. There are two buttons on the end…

Good for quality work!

Received this gem just a few hours ago. I turned off my computer and connected all my peripherals. Then I turned on the computer. I used electricity to power all devices. After turning on the computer, allow it to install drivers. I have three printers connected, a USB stick, an iPad charger, a wireless presentation device and a dashboard black box for driving. And I turn on my wireless jam speaker and it charges. And a wireless bluetooth dongle. While all devices work. I have four devices left

Perfect size and function without disturbing light

The best solution for space utilization. USB hubs do best in a long, horizontal shape with all of the ports on one edge of the hub, which is why most power strips are shaped that way. Hub ports located in a circle around a round hub or on opposite sides of square hubs become a problem because they take up much more valuable real estate around the computer during operation than the long horizontal shape. Best suited for unwanted light sources, e.g. no. The extra (pointless) and overly bright…

Use with my flight simulator peripherals.

I bought this USB 2.0 hub for use with flight simulator peripherals that I install in a fixed location. I currently have a steering wheel (honeycomb), rudder pedals, throttle (both Logitech), mouse and keyboard all hooked up to this hub and it all works great. Why pay for a 3.0 hub when all flight simulator peripherals have 2.0 ports? Also, having 13 ports is perfect for me to connect more flight peripherals when I buy them. The hub has two different sides, each controlled by a small button on…

That works fine. in Chargers and Adapters

Everything I wanted to run on, mouse, keyboard, USB audio, two printers, USB NetTalk phone router, UPS connection, wired mouse, web camera, everything was without included incident. All wonderful, no conflict, nowhere, one by one, perfection. Turn it on, connect the USB from the PC to the end connector of the bracket. The PC sets the strip as a hub. Then, by the way, connect the elements to the bar one by one. Let your computer digest and install one by one. The Sabrent does it all very well…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Unusable features

I was trying to use this to connect a wired keyboard and wireless mouse to a 24/7 desktop computer. I used to use a hub built into my monitor for this purpose, but ended up with a larger monitor that didn't have a built-in hub. It used to be very easy and predictable to wake up the system after sleeping by moving the mouse or pressing a key on the keyboard. don't always work. It looks like the hub is shutting down and is no longer providing power to the keyboard or mouse receiver. About half…

frustrated and upset; avoid at all costs

I built a new ITX computer for streaming and needed a hub because I have a lot of peripherals but very few USB ports. I thought the Sabrent had a reliable hub, but I was wrong. I had 2 webcams connected to the hub and only one was working at a time. This was extremely problematic as I spent some time troubleshooting, but finally realized it was a hub issue when I was able to run both webcams when connected directly to the motherboard. My Logitech mouse connected to the hub kept coming back…
