I like that it works with other software we use in our business so when there is an issue one party fixes another part too! For example if someone makes changes or updates they know where everyone else needs updating as soon as possible without having separate tools - this saves time which means more efficiency (which drives profit). There are some things you need learn but once learned your able quickly pick up new features / functions etc from colleagues who have been using them longer than yourself. We do not dislike anything about working through Hyposku however sometimes emails get lost amongst others being sent out at similar times causing delays/unnecessary work taking place while waiting until all messages arrive before responding back fully to customer queries; therefore making us seem less responsive then actually required by customers.
