Review on Le Creuset MB10 Cookbook by Johnny Grant

I love this cookbook. I bought these because I recently received a large number of Le Creuset pots and pans as gifts. The book is well designed and the recipes are well thought out. I have made several recipes and they are relatively simple and have proven to be successful. The only thing I would like to change (and it's a minor con) is that some of the recipes have photos of the ingredients, not the finished product or a picture of the process. .although this is rare enough not to pose a problem. This book is more than worth the price to me. Good weight, looks good on the shelf and arrived on time. In general very satisfied!
