This is a great product for what it does. People with a little extra equipment look a little better or fit a little easier into a form-fitting outfit. It will not make a fat man thin; you have to really work for it. As a gynomastia sufferer, these shirts helped me a lot to believe in myself. I know my man boobs are still there at the end of the day, but now I'm not constantly looking down and trying to adjust my shirt to hide them. I can also wear shirts that I previously felt uncomfortable wearing. One of the silliest complaints I have read is that they are difficult to put on. there are several disadvantages. The sleeves of the round neck T-shirt are long. Most short sleeve shirts these days have shorter sleeves, so that doesn't work with them. Also, the neckline doesn't look like a regular t-shirt. In fact, I wear a cotton t-shirt over it. I prefer the tank top because of the longer sleeves; although I still wear a cotton t-shirt over it when the cleavage shows. This product is worth its price.
