DON'T BUY ! I RETURNED IT NOT USED BUT DIDNT GET MONEY BACK !I opened the bag just to see the color against my hair if will blend, I noticed the hair is very freeze, once I touched to put it back the waves created ties, touch with my fingers to fix became worse, the hair is very thin and was falling off just by holding it, lace very thin and grips were moving, overall poor quality. Was very hard to put back into the small long original bag. I used the free return but 2 month later state refund started, Best Buy confirmed package has arraived to seller but I didn't get my money back. Thats stealing as state free return, if not change to NO RETURNS and I wouldn't have purchased it.
