Comfortable on my review.

I’m building a house and wanted a place to take a nap. I added a two inch foam pad and sheet and this bed is very comfortable. Yes, you can sleep on your side. It’s very sturdy and does not swing around like a hammock. It’s very easy to get in and out of. Easy to assemble and well made.

Good color,. Got as gift, and was well received

The stand can rust over time if left outside
