I enjoyed working with the team at fulfillment.com! They are super responsive (and fast) and really understand our business and our goals. Their customer support team is AMAZING! Our account manager is fantastic! There isn't a thing I dislike about working with fulfillment.com. We have been working with fulfillment.com for several years now and we have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend working with them. Our business has seen a great return on working with fulfillment.com. We have achieved our goal of reducing our shipping costs but more importantly have achieved our goal of automating our shipping of goods. Fulfillment.com has really helped us achieve our goals with shipping. I love that my orders are automatically fulfilled by one of our carriers in Canada or Mexico to help lower overall cost for me! The customer service is great too!! Some things can be improved but they do have some good features as well so it's not all bad :) So far i've been very happy with this program since we started using them about 6 months ago!
