I liked it initially because of throws

I really liked it at first. I liked how many temperature settings there were, I liked its size and how warm it was. I was sure it would last a long time. But after two months of occasional use, it just wouldn't turn on. It is not damaged, nothing was spilled on it. It lights up when you press the control button, but goes out when you release the button. Really disappointed especially as it cost over $50 for what is now just a blanket.
