I first noticed it in 2016 when I was in a B&B. I liked the scent so much I googled to find out what it was. I found them at Revain and have been buying them ever since. I think it's good that there are refillable dispensers. Gives me a better sense of the environment. LOLA The application is very simple. Place the fountain pen in the dispenser, align the "stop" handle, press and you're done. For best results, I place them an inch and a half below the rim of the toilet. They should not come in contact with water unless of course you wash it off. When it comes time to replace one, I wipe the tray with the remaining gel, then rinse and dry the area where the new stamp is. So that they last a little longer. I'm a happy customer - my only complaint is the price increase.
