The pump is working well at the moment. Every time I use it I fill my boat up with about 25 gallons of fuel. So the product has paid for itself. The process is very good. Time will tell if the product will last. Everything seems pretty solid. The black hose is a bit flimsy but does the job. The product isn't cheap but it was worth it for me as I can easily refuel the boat at the dock rather than the jetty. I have my doubts that this will last. Not that it gave me any reason to think that way, just a lot of things haven't been created in ages. It would be nice if there was a plastic container to store this pump. $70 seems expensive but I'm a happy buyer if it lasts for a reasonable amount of time. It's better than holding a gas bottle and pouring it into a boat. The charging function is great. I poured in 40 gallons and it still had power. I was surprised that the batteries are not removable and you plug them directly into the pump. My kit also didn't include a charging cable. I had one of my LED lights on my bike. I'm not even sure how to describe the connection, but it's not the same as the iPhone
