Great for fermenting!
I wanted to start fermenting but didn't know what to use. I found these glasses and they were fantastic. I used the jars that came with it, cleaned and dried them, and then started right away. I have sauerkraut and pickles in fermentation right now and the locks are working as advertised. Excess brine flowed from both locks and boiled as expected. Grommets fit easily into the hole, and the locks themselves fit snugly into the grommet. I love them and will make hot sauce next time!
