The system is easy to use and the results are predictable. The tool is able to adapt to the complexity of your documents and the results are efficient. Sometimes the tool lags. If someone is not very experienced with the documents that have to be processed, the process can be slow and tiresome for the user. I would recommend using this tool for business document management.The system is able to organize and classify documents and saves time and money to the organization.The documents are easily shared and can be distributed across the organization. I like how easy it was for me to use this product with my computer being in another location at work. This has helped save time by not having to print out reports or other information from our main office every day! There really isn't anything i dislike about using this program. If you are looking for ways to help your business be more efficient then look no further than this tool. We have been able to cut down paper usage almost 50% since we started utilizing their services.
