I've always had trouble cycling for long periods of time as my soft tissues would start to hurt or feel tingly and eventually numb, even in lined shorts. none of this is good. I've heard cut out seats can pinch but it's not, it's ok. Even when I get tired and my posture slacks, which is when it was squeezing the most, I have no pain or tingling! It's a little harder on my sit bones than my old seat, but I just keep wearing padded shorts and then it's no problem at all. Driving has become more comfortable! Now I ride my bike five days a week, before I couldn't do more than two short trips a week!
