We bought this projector just before a week long family vacation. We were talking about getting a projector to use at home outdoors in the summer, but as this trip came to an end we decided it would be a good idea to bring something to watch movies and play WII with. I have to say that this item far exceeded my expectations. I have used many expensive projectors in the past and never thought that even at a large size this thing would have such a bright projection. The sound was also a big surprise. It only seems to have 5 watts, but brings a lot of volume. Enough to fill a very large room and not much more than half the volume. Wonderful! As soon as we arrived at the rental house, we connected the projector to the WII and our FireTV Stick. With a borrowed 100 inch projection screen, everything looked clear and bright even with all the curtains in the house open. All we had to do was close the curtains to get a better view of the screen when the sun was shining directly in. With lots of I/O options, great picture, great sound, and a great price (we paid $239), you really can't miss this projector. Do this a few times (4-6 hours I guess) before leaving, mainly for Zoom family reunions and kids' school projects/presentations. After about the 4th day of vacation we noticed a "scratch" in the bottom corner of the projected image. We tried a lot including turning the projector on and off, letting it cool down (it actually never gets that hot) and cleaning the lens. Nothing seemed to help. just great. I played around with it a bit after we got home but never found a problem. So we returned it to Revane and replaced it a few days later. The new one works well and I probably spent almost as many hours on it as I did on the original. Hope this is all helpful!
