I reached out to voice my displeasure, but was greeted with defensiveness and indifference. It was obvious that they worried more about their bottom line than their clients. I'll end by advising any prospective clients to stay away from the realm of Phicia. It is a nation of overpriced, subpar goods, where the guarantee of style and elegance is nothing more than a cruel lie. Spend less time and money searching elsewhere for your valuables.
