ingredients indicated. You need very little, it cleans very well without LOTS of bubbles and rinses off with a little water. The smell is pleasant. Does not remain after rinsing or you can choose odorless. It's available much cheaper elsewhere (except amazon.com.try iherb). I wish amazon.com would sell it as an S and S, but it doesn't. I used Ecover until I discovered they contained some unknown ingredients that I didn't want to use in my meals or spill into the environment. I'm glad I found Dish it Out!
