Been looking for this for a long time. Works better - and a lot cheaper - than trying to glue those activated air heating strips in place, and it warms my shoulders as well as my neck. painful. In terms of size, I wear a size 45 jacket and it fits me perfectly. During the day it's ok, at night it's a bit crowded.
