Review on 📻 C.Crane CCRadio-2E Portable Enhanced AM/FM Weather and 2-Meter Ham Band Radio (Black) by Lild Zimmerly

I bought this radio about 2 years and 9 months ago. I liked everything about it until I was 2.5 years old. That's when my problems with him started. The buttons on top started behaving strangely. Button number 1 doesn't respond unless I press it very hard or press it about 10 times. When I pressed the power button the light came on but the radio didn't actually come on. These problems are not permanent, but temporary. But enough that things are getting pretty annoying. This is all very frustrating as I have never dropped the radio, gotten it wet and never taken it outside. I took it very well. A week ago I called K. Crane to see if there was anything I could do. They were very friendly but basically told me I was unlucky. They would not exchange it for me as it has exceeded their 1 year warranty. They said I could send it in for repair but it would cost me $70. This is a big disappointment. I believe that most of the positive reviews about this radio have been written by people who have only recently bought it. It would be nice to see more reviews from people who have actually used it for a few years before writing a review.
