It's user friendly for both end users as well as IT department managers who want to be able to see what their customers are doing in real time without having to rely solely upon reports or data logs stored offsite somewhere else. The software can sometimes have issues with crashing if there’s too much going on at once (especially during peak hours). While we don't do this often anymore due to our new system being so great, it was helpful when we did because now I can monitor my clients' accounts online instead of trying to track them down via phone calls later in the day.
