5 stars for the trunk (Thorogood) and 2 for the seller (Kurtz). I would buy elsewhere. I ordered these boots, delivered quickly and was looking forward to trying them on until realizing they only came with 1 pair of laces. It was quite funny at first, I texted Kurz and they immediately replied that they would send another set of laces. It's been 3 weeks, no follow up messages or laces. I don't know if the missing laces are Thorogood's or Kurtz's fault, anything can happen but Kurtz said they would fix it but they didn't. I still have a peak mismatch. As for the boots, I like them. Fits well, takes a long time to break in (as expected) but very comfortable work boots. I have concerns about durability but nothing to complain about yet. It took me a few days to find a good way to get the tongue to sit on my foot without putting pressure, but they offer a lot of support. I intend to use them as boots for work and outdoor activities. 5 stars for the shoe, 2 for the seller.
