all they do is turn the torsion bar earlier so you don't have as many bolts through the top of the detent when turning the factory keys. That's all. If you turn your keys to level your truck or install these torsion bars and adjust them to the same ride height, it just has the same torsion bar pressure and ride quality. However, I bought them because I'm special and I didn't want an inch of the screw going through the bracket that holds the tremendous amount of pressure the wrenches put on it. My factory keys were set by the detent to about 1/2 inch threads on the screw. After tightening them (you will definitely need the right puller) I was afraid I would blow out 2 jaws if the shocks and anti-roll bar are separated. I set the screw the same as the factory and even the travel was almost 3 inches after riding and let it settle. I adjusted so there is only 1 thread on the thru-hole holder and I still have 2 inches of travel. Now my truck is 1/2 inch higher in the front than the back. I want the hex alignment to be about half the size it comes from the factory. You can then dial in any 3/4"+ travel while still maintaining good axle angles and being slightly under level. Generally they do what they need to do. Little.
