Good luck letting your little one know they can't open the door to remove the locks because the key was sent incorrectly. There is a square lock on one door, but no square key in the set. The corresponding color key is a circle (has 2 round keys) but is not square in shape. It's very frustrating for my kids that they don't take full advantage of the toy. At first I didn't think it would be a problem until I realized there was no way to contact the manufacturer. That's what really annoys me. I don't want to return the whole toy, wait until then to possibly get another one with the same problem. If the manufacturer could somehow be found they could certainly send the correct part and fix the problem very easily and I would give a 5 star rating because hey mistakes happen and the toy is really cool for using it. Having seen the issues that everyone else is having (which I find strange as the product varies in shape, color, combination etc.) and not being able to report a fixed part, it seems the manufacturer is aware of these issues and prefers not to deal with it, which I think is wrong.
