Review on Sophia Genetics by Robert Blair

I like that it has so many different functions which help me understand my results more easily than other similar programs.

It can be difficult at first but after you learn how everything works then its not too hard! Sometimes when i try something new or use some of the features there are glitches where they dont work correctly however this does seem rare now compared to past versions. The customer service also seems very helpful if needed sometimes questions get left unanswered until later days/weeks etc though normally things do eventually resolve themselves once explained properly. Also being able to upload your own samples means no need for them sending out fresh blood tests every time just because someone needs their result quickly (which isn't always possible).
