The most useful feature for us was its ability to do batch processing or scheduling jobs - this helped our production run very well without manual intervention from my side! I would recommend it if you are looking at an easy-to use system but also have some experience in running your own software/hardware systems as there could be issues when transferring data between different platforms (eg Excel vs SQL Server). We were able to track all aspects of sales using just one platform; we used many spreadsheets before switching to sixth sense so having everything under 1 roof really made life easier for everyone involved within the team.
