The most helpful part is being able to go into any page from anywhere instantly without having to search through your files or folders. It also allows me to keep all my answers together instead of scattered throughout different folders/files. I dislike how once you go back to the home screen it makes everything disappear which can be very frustrating when trying to find something quickly! Make sure you backup often because there's nothing worse than losing your data if an issue occurs with their software. We've been using AnswereAnywhere as our business answer center since 2014. Its helped us tremendously by providing fast customer support directly from their site so we don't need to rely on emailing them anymore.
