I wasn't very happy with the brightness of my teeth so I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. My teeth have never been this bad, I just thought they needed a little extra shine and this has definitely helped. The mouthpiece was a little painful to stick to my teeth but after a few tries I got it right. Everything was easy after that and yes it did sting a bit when you hit your gums but hold cowboy and get over it.
