I love these hooks. I fixed it to the ceiling and attached gymnastic rings to it. It is VERY strong and durable. They are also quite beautiful to look at. I'm so glad I found these hooks. I tried going to the hardware store and the best I could come up with was ยฃ275. eyebolt. It will not work. I'm 245 pounds and these bad boys are definitely holding out. Don't look around, just buy them. They are valued at 1000 pounds.
