I love these hooks. I fixed it to the ceiling and attached gymnastic rings to it. It is VERY strong and durable. They are also quite beautiful to look at. I'm so glad I found these hooks. I tried going to the hardware store and the best I could come up with was £275. eyebolt. It will not work. I'm 245 pounds and these bad boys are definitely holding out. Don't look around, just buy them. They are valued at 1000 pounds.
