I had two small dents on my truck and the local body shop estimated them at over $2,000. So I figured there was nothing wrong with removing them myself before spending that much money. The kit is excellent for dents in flat areas. Watch a few videos online - there are many - to learn how to use these tools. You can't do that on super warm days, the glue doesn't harden when it's too hot outside. And depending on how deep the dent is, you don't want the glue to dry too much, or you could end up creating an outward ridge instead of a flat surface. So with one of the dents, the set worked very well. (the one on a flat surface). The dent on the round part of the back panel was too big for the glue. This must be demolished. However, for the right kind of dent (and a little practice), this kit can save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars. It may not be PERFECT like you took it to a shop, but some dents you won't even notice after using this kit.
