This took me about 30 minutes to get from box to tree. Threading the plastic holds took the longest. My tree also isnt terribly thick, so I ended up trimming the straps shorter to make ratcheting easier.The kids really enjoyed climbing. Some thought it was way to high, others wished I put them higher. The colors are great and bold.It seemed to work best for the 2-6 year old kids, or under 60ish lbs. If anyone larger tried climbing, the foot holds were less sturdy and started to bow outwards.
