Customer service was pathetic. Agree to pay for locksmith services if rating is changed and not changed.
The locking pin on the back of the unit was slightly shorter than the depth of my RV door. Because of this, the door would not open properly. I was immediately locked out of the RV with the keys in hand. The locksmith took 85.00. The second issue was that the key fob wouldn't stop buzzing on day one (even with a dead battery. HOW? I think I just have a bad key fob and hated it, didn't work on my fifth wheel. Everything else seems solid though if it is the experience of the first day, i returned.
