Review on Canon PowerShot A3100IS Stabilized 2 7 Inch Camera & Photo by Marvin Breezy

Easy to use. as long as hands are normal

I bought this camera for my wife and I'm glad I bought it for her and not for me. This is an entry-level camera and nothing more. Image quality is good, certainly not outstanding, but acceptable for 4x6 printouts and online viewing. However, the ergonomics of this camera drives me crazy. I don't know who came up with this button layout at Canon. but they should be demoted if they are not fired. They have very long THIN arms to comfortably operate this camera. Otherwise, it's uncomfortable and uncomfortable to hold, whether you have chubby fingers or just short fingers. This is mainly due to the poor placement of the mode dial, which hangs over the right side of the camera so it either gets under your palm or just makes you hold the camera in an awkward position, which does nothing to enhance the camera keep calm. You manage to get a picture and not a blurry mess what you get like I said deserves respect. There's a slight magenta fringing in high-contrast images, but let's be honest, if you buy a base point and shoot this way, you almost certainly won't notice the fringing. If you just need something small to get a quick shot every now and then, this entry-level device might be for you. For those looking for a little bit more. look elsewhere
