Packaging: Plastic sleeve with two staples and cardboard backing. Grip: Very comfortable. I had to loosen the blade because it wouldn't turn. Conclusion: I highly recommend this article. I've cut through multiple layers, even thick materials, and had no problems. I was very skeptical as the packaging looked like it came from a dollar tree or discount store.
