Just what I need for my LapDesk (the laptop that sits on my desk). My outdated 3 year old laptop, like most laptops, has limited I/O ports. I have one USB 3 port and two USB 2 ports awkwardly placed on either side. I have three external hard drives that use the USB 3 port and currently five devices are trying to use the two USB 2 ports on the right. So it's like making toast and trying to juggle everything. Solution: Buy a CableCreation 7-port USB hub and right-angle extender, of course. The only problem is that the cable runs right in front of the optical drive, which is NOT CableCreation's fault. This is true for many laptops. Luckily I don't use this drive, so no problem. Long story short I have purchased other cables from CableCreation and they have great products and I will continue to use them for my cable needs. CableCreation Short (1ft) USB 3.0 Extension Cable, Right Angle USB 3.0 Male to Female Extension Cable USB 3.0 Extension Cable, 90 Degree USB A Male to A Female Space Gray Aluminum Connect to 7-Port USB hub I bought this cable for: Insten 7-Port USB 2.0 Hi-Speed Hub with power supply (5V/2A), USB hub with individual power switches and LED power indicator, support Windows, MacOS for PC, laptop, USB drive, Samsung Galaxy
