Review on ๐ŸŒ๏ธ Rukket Haack Golf Net Pro - Perfect for Indoor and Outdoor Practice, Achieve Pro-level Swing Training at Home with SEC Coach Chris Haack by James Wonsley

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Beautiful mesh. But it already has a few holes! UPDATED 3/2019!

This is a great net! Very strong frame, has withstood my indoor use for the past 5 months. However, over the past few months I've noticed that the net frays where it hits certain irons. Just yesterday I had a workout and when I hit my PW yes wedge! The ball flew, threw the net and crashed into my living room wall! The hole in the net is about halfway down the net (much higher than where the driver's ball would normally hit, which is usually a foot or two off the ground). I'll be reaching out to Rukket but wanted everyone here to know to be very careful when using it indoors. *UPDATE* It's been a few days since this review was posted and I've ripped a hole in the net again. again with PW. Last night the net withstood 40 hits from drivers at 160 mph ball speed but for some reason it's always PW's fault. I think it might be because higher loft racquets generate spin and that somehow creates too much friction at impact causing the strands to loosen and eventually break. have been using the new one for the last 6 months (everything in the room, never broke) and the new mesh eventually broke. It broke again when the pitching wedge was fired. This time the net didn't slow down the ball enough and instead of denting my drywall I now have a hole in it! See the last picture which shows 2 dents from the first net and a hole from the replacement net. Rukket already contacted. Let's see how long this exchange lasts. I love this mesh, don't get me wrong, but the mesh material needs to be revised and changed to withstand such impacts.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Hard to say
