Braces reduce my golfer's elbow pain on average. They could be a bit wider and made of a stronger material, in my opinion. However, the way it is made allows for more movement during class. The suspenders make a well-made and adjustable impression. Recommend buying if your tendonitis is not severe and you still want to enjoy your activities with less restrictive movements.
