Not what I expected. Not a German product, as they want you to believe, but made in China and cheap. The heater is made of sheet metal and is VERY hot to the touch, which is not as safe as other brands. The mount is a disaster. Maybe it was developed in Germany, probably by German shepherds (just kidding). The only thing holding the metal bracket to the heater is a small piece of plastic that looks like it could break very easily. Very unsafe mounting design. The heater gets so hot that it has to be held off the wall with a mounting bracket/monstrous bracket in order to have a 1" air gap to protect the wall. This makes the heater much thicker than advertised. The thermostat is hidden in the back and difficult to access and the knob is difficult to turn. Finally, the design isn't great, it's essentially a glorified baseboard heater, using the same internal technology but housed in a larger, slightly prettier metal body. This means that as a convection heater it is not as efficient as it could be. Stick to American technology, and if you can find it, an American-made heater that's rare to find.
