Works well so far on our 2009 Sienna. The only issue I had during installation was that the props extended too far (either that or the van's sunroof didn't go up 100% of the time). As a result, it was very difficult to attach - I had to use all my strength to lift the hatch with one hand and try to snap the prop into place with the other hand. It would be easier if they helped me, but I ended up doing it myself. As others have pointed out, these mounts are pretty stiff, so the legitimate option is to just replace one of them. I did this. After putting one on, I raised and lowered the sunroof and it was pretty good, so I didn't bother replacing the second one. And that's great because I have one on the shelf now, ready to go the next time one of them dies.
